Bathroom renovations

The finish is what you see. The waterproofing, falls and set-out underneath are what decide whether it still looks like that in ten years.

01 — Wet areas

Built to the standard, not to the deadline

A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the most technical. Every trade touches it, the tolerances are tight, and a shortcut in the membrane is invisible until it damages the frame behind the tiles.

We strip back, rectify what we find, waterproof to Australian Standards and set out the tiling so cuts land where they should. Trades are booked back to back so the room is out of action for as short a time as possible.

What's included

  • Strip-out, rectification and frame repairs
  • Certified waterproofing and correct floor falls to waste
  • Wall and floor tiling, niches, hobs and screens
  • Vanities, tapware, toilets and heated towel rails
  • Ventilation, lighting and power relocation
  • Ensuites, family bathrooms, laundries and powder rooms

02 — How we do it

The parts that matter

Waterproofing first

Membrane applied and cured to standard before a single tile goes on — with the certificate to match.

Set-out planned

Tile layout, niche heights and tapware centres agreed with you before tiling starts.

One trade at a time

Plumber, waterproofer, tiler and electrician sequenced so the room is not sitting idle for days.

Older homes

Timber-framed and raised Queenslanders need different detailing. We build for movement, not against it.

Bathroom Renovations FAQ

Something not covered? Call 0402 847 873.

How long is a bathroom out of action?

A typical full bathroom renovation runs two to four weeks from strip-out to final fit-off, depending on tile selection lead times and whether we find damage behind the walls.

Do you supply the tiles and fixtures?

You can choose and supply your own, or we can quote supply as part of the job. Either way we confirm sizes and set-out before ordering.

Is the waterproofing certified?

Yes. Waterproofing is carried out to the Australian Standard by a licensed applicator and documented for your records.
